Minimum Qualification

45 % marks for BA degree examination for arts subjects in part III
50 % for science subjects for part III
Weightage marks given for Post graduate students.in the following way-

MA or M Sc I class- 15 marks
MA or MSc II class- 10 marks
MA or MSc III class- 5 marks

For the students who belong to the same Revennue District is which the college is situated - 10 marks

Weightage of 5 % marks will be given for BA / BSc Part III from Kerala University.

5 marks will be given to Candidates having N.S.S and N.C.C Certificate.

One marks for every month of approved Teaching experience subject to a maximum of 5 marks.

Reservation of Seats


Ezhava- 9%
Muslim- 8%
LC other than Anglo Indians - 2%
SIUC/Converted from Scheduled Caste to Christianity- 1%
Other Backwards Hindus - 5%

One seat will be reserved in each students in each college for teachers of Govt. / Aided school.

Two seats for sports man
One seat for Kalathilakam/kalaprathibha
Three % for Physically Handicapped
Two seats for Ex-servicemen / Depended
Two seats for Repatriates
